social environment for their members and families to pursue and to perpetuate the highest ideals of
yachting, yacht racing and sportsmanship; to assure regional, national and international leadership in
the sport; and
,�WER,EAS, the Newport War6or Tacht Club offers local junior sailing, premier racing around the
world, its members compete in alllevels of junior, one -design, inshore andoffshore sailing; and
,PWERE.,4S, the Newport Yfar6or Yacht Club continues to be listed as a Platinum Tacht Club of
America, Five Star Club of Excellence 6y the Club Leader's (Forum.
