Vendors submit monthly invoice with:
Mooring#, Name, Vessel Name & Length,—Gallons Pumped
Up to 3 complimentary pumpouts per moored vessel, per
month
$27.50 per pumpout under goo gallons
No fresh water flush or head repairs (unclogs)
Cancelled appointment trip charge ($15)
Only vessels with external, accessible waste deck fitting
will be served (no vessel boarding)
Request for Proposals sent out. Two vessel sewage companies
responded:
Mobile Harbor Services
Royal Flush Pumping Service
City could contract with one/both companies for equal amounts
(—$25k each, or TBD)
Duration: 1 Year or until funds depleted (first come/served)
Review use and effectiveness throughout program to determine
if it should be continued
Informational program flyer developed by The Bay
