The following are probable errors noticed in the Draft June 12, 2012 Minutes being considered for
approval as Agenda Item 1 at the June 26, 2012 Council Meeting.
Volume 60 - Page 476 (under "IL ROLL CALL - S: 00 p. rn. )
C The roll call is missing. The minutes report Council Member Rosansky arrived late, but give no
indication of who else may or may have been present or absent.
Volume 60 - Page 480 (second line from end)
G he retluested- e-lar-i€ieaHoN called attention to the City Attorney's statement about the
responsibilities ..."
Volume 60 - Page 481 (second fill paragraph from end)
C "... none of the Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) should be reviewed renewed because ..."
Volume 60 - Page 482 (second fidl paragraph fr-orn end)
o " ... Coast Highway at MacArthur Avenue Boulevard ..." (? "Avenue" is incorrect, but could be
what was said)
C agenda for the June 14, 2012; Citizens Advisory Panel (CAP) meeting ..." (has an extra
corona after "2012')
o "... project has not been budgeted ..."
Volume 60 - Page 483 (under "XVI. PUBLIC COMMENTS)
C a recent Lido 1". id Isle resident meeting ..." (? "Island" could be what Was said, but
residents normally call it "Isle )
Volume 60 - Page 486 (below middle ofpage)
o The usual space (blank line) is missing before the paragraph that starts "Jim. Walker, President of
the Newport Beach Restaurant Association BID"
e ... Sherry- 11krewer -y Sheri Drewry, Balboa Island BID Member..." (as indicated, the name of
Ms. Drewry, owner of Wilma's Patio restaurant, is misspelled in the draft. I do recall her saying
"Balboa Island BID" but the correct name of her organization is "Marine Avenue BID" and her
position is President of the BID Board, not just "member ")
o `... Craig Batley, President of the Balboa island Village BID ..."
G "...so that David Dennis Stone can conduct ..." (I assume the reference was to Dennis Stone who
served as a consultant to the recent revitalization efforts in West Newport, Corona del Mar and
Santa Ana Heights)
