and employee associations.
while often at the same time
lambasting cities for trying to
find ways to cut Q)Sts that arc
unpopular with one group in a
community or another. What
is very frustrating about the
most recent article in the
"Daily Pilot" was lhe
impression it lca~s the
re:tdcr.
Nowhere in the article was
there reference to the fact
1ha1 the r.iiiscs in ques1ion arc
the first afforded 1hese
employees since July'l991.
Nowhere in the article was
there a mention that these
