"We were in the middle of a run of 'The Tender Trap"whcn it happened." said Hugo Hunziker, president of the Costa Mesa Civic Playhouse board. "We arc proud of the stuff we have and then it's damaged like this." I figure there's only one way to play the game, and that's by taki ng people out and playing hard-nosed .• To· me, that's the only wny lo play, and to play. that style, you've got to be emotional and let it all hang out. "If I'm not dirty and bloody, I don't fee l I've played the game." Although Biehl has been hitting the ball hard, his batting average doesn't exactly reflect success. ''I'm hitting-the ball hard, but right at guys," he said.
