Toy drive donors get harbor cruise in return A boat company and the Newport Beach Fire Department have teamed up during the holiday season to give gifts to needy c hildren and residents alike. In exchange for an unwrapped toy of at least $10 in value, donors can receive a free harbor cruise aboard the e lectric riverboat Angela Louise. The toys collected will be used for tht• county's annual "Spark of Love" dnve. Last yet.H, the drive produced more thdn 108,000 toys. which were distributed to children in thf' Los Angeles area.
